Strategic Business Solutions CC was established in 1993, with the goal of establishing it as the best provider of business and technology support for small and medium enterprises around Gauteng. During the 1990's, it became known as a provider of software development services, and in 1995, also started to supply computer hardware.

The year 2013 saw the launch of an online presence for computer hardware sales, with the intention of becoming the most comprehensive and competitive computer hardware store in Southern Africa.
