If we don’t have an item displayed on our site, simply request a quote, and we will give you the accurate pricing of delivering the requested product, subject to availability from our suppliers.

Delivery Policy
When you make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our Terms and Conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our Terms and Conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund from the call centre. Please note that you will be liable for a restocking fee and any the shipping costs incurred.

If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, SARS inspections, strike action, civil unrest and supply delays. If an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund.
We endeavour to make all deliveries within 2-3 days of purchase, but delivery estimates are only estimates. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the company. If we are unable to deliver within 10 working days from payment date, refunds will be considered.
Please do not purchase if you do not agree to these conditions.
Further to this, if delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working - resulting in the shipment been returned to SBS Brands Online - the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non delivery.
Refunds
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for ALL shipping costs that may arise or have already been incurred by us. An additional handling fee will also be charged. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. Refunds are subject to the supplier authorising the return. All return requests must be made less than 48 hours after delivery. Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted.
Payment Options
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR), but note however that payments via PayPal are processed via PayPal in US Dollars (USD). We accept credit card payments via the website and will supply our banking details on request, should you wish to make payment via EFT or Direct Deposit.

Coupons
SBS Brands Online only allows the usage of one coupon during checkout. A coupon may only be redeemed once per customer. SBS Brands Online has the right to review, decline, and limit any coupon if fraud or coupon abuse is evident.

The authorised South African distributor of these products is under no obligation to honour the manufacturer's guarantees or warranties, or to provide after sales service. Consumers may not be entitled to any rights, including any rights for repair or replacement against licensed dealers of the product or the manufacturer.
